Rory Breasail has been a diehard basketball fan since Larry Johnson’s 4-point play in 1999. He’s been writing about basketball for the last decade for outlets including NBA Math and Hashtag Basketball and joined Covers' NBA and WNBA coverage in 2022. Growing up in Steve Nash’s hometown of Victoria, BC, he now resides across the water in Vancouver, where he does a daily prayer to bring back the NBA.
He is a graduate of the British Columbia Institute of Technology’s Radio Arts program and has a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Communication from Royal Roads University.
