My Padres vs Brewers best bet: Under 8 (-105 at Caesars)
There have been nine total runs scored through the first two games of the series.
The San Diego Padres won 2-0 on Friday night, while the Milwaukee Brewers came out victorious in a back-and-forth game that saw five of the seven runs scored in the final two innings.
The Under is now 38-24 for the Brewers this season and 36-25 for the Padres, making them two of the more profitable Under teams in the league.
Freddy Peralta gets the start on the mound for the Brew Crew and he's 5-4 with a strong 2.92 ERA and 1.21 WHIP in 13 starts this season. The righty has been relatively consistent as well, with just two runs or fewer allowed in nine of his 13 starts — never allowing more than four in a game.
Meanwhile, Ryan Bergert is on the hill for San Diego. He made his first start of the season last week, allowing just two runs in five innings in San Francisco. He previously had four scoreless outings of an inning each out of the bullpen.
The first two games of the series went Under the total, and these teams have now each gone Under in seven of their last 10 contests. Those trends will continue today in Milwaukee.
