Who will win Clippers vs Nuggets Game 7?
The Denver Nuggets are 1-point favorites following their six-point Game 6 loss at the Intuit Dome. This has all the makings of a close elimination game.
Denver has the best player in this series, but the Los Angeles Clippers are more versatile on defense and have better depth. The underdogs seem likely to pull off an upset on the road.

My best bet: Clippers moneyline (+100 at bet365)
Neither side has taken complete control in this first-round pairing. That makes predicting a series winner especially tough.
Nikola Jokic has his fingerprints all over this matchup. The star big man is averaging a triple-double with averages of 25.3 points, 11.8 rebounds, and 10.5 assists per game. However, the Clippers’ team efforts on defense have slowed him down.
Jokic thrives as an efficient scorer. His numbers have suffered at home against L.A., though. He’s shooting just 45.3% from the field at Ball Arena. That’s a 12.3% drop from his regular-season average. His home scoring average has plummeted from 31 points to 22.7 points since the end of the regular season. Jokic’s assist numbers, on the other hand, are on the rise.
The Clippers’ strategic double teams have forced Jokic to defer more often. Jamal Murray and others must have very impressive games to push the home team over the top.
I’ll back Leonard's side instead. He’s won three straight elimination games while boasting averages of 33.3 points, 8.7 rebounds, and 5.7 assists on 62.9% shooting.

This series started as more of a defensive battle, but that changed in Games 6 and 7. Denver and Los Angeles combined for at least 216 points in their last two meetings. Bench points have much to do with the influx of scoring in this matchup. Russell Westbrook has been a consistent force for Denver off the bench, and L.A. has gotten more support from its role players as of late.
Rotations will surely shrink in a must-win game, but Nic Batum, Derrick Jones Jr., and Bogdan Bogdanovi have averaged 22.5 bench points for the Clippers across Games 6 and 7. Their productivity in spot minutes to match Westbrook can push the total Over.
James Harden has rattled off at least seven assists in nine of his previous 10 games. He reached that mark in 60 of his 79 regular-season games. He also averaged 9.3 assists per game against the Nuggets during the regular season. The Clippers’ lead guard will likely be on the court creating for at least 40 minutes, making this prop very enticing.
